Good tax services don't happen once a year. We work with you on a monthly subscription basis to make sure you know you always have someone to go to if you have a tax question. Our services are tailored to how often you need to file or have us review your books. Below are our prices for Single Member LLC's and Sole Proprietors. Annual Service $100/month

Billed monthly

All fees are paid in advance and plans require a catch-up payment equal to the annual plan ($100/month) times the number of months past. For example, a plan starting in September would include $800 plus your first monthly payment.

Bookkeeping Services 

Full Service: Post & Reconcile

$300 to $1000/month

  • Posting and reconciliation of all your accounts
  • Preparation of outstanding items for your review

Self-Service + Support: Review & Recommend

$75 to $300/month

  • You do the monthly posting
  • We review your books
  • Recommend categorization changes
  • Tell you where your reconciliation are off

Collaborate: Review & Reconcile

$150 to $500/month

  • You do the monthly posting
  • We do the fixing
  • Make sure your monthly financials are in order but you do some of the heavy lifting

Invoicing: Create and Save

  • 1 to 3 invoices: $150/month
  • 3 to 5 invoices: $300/month

  • 3 one-hour in person or virtual screen-share sessions to learn to do your own bookkeeping

    • Learn what it really means to reconcile an account
